Project Overview

An enterprise-grade CRM and operational management platform purpose-built for marble manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. The platform unifies customer relationship management, lead assignment, inventory administration, quotation workflows, project tracking, field sales management, document handling, team collaboration, and executive dashboards into a single intelligent ecosystem. Designed with modular architecture, role-based security, and real-time reporting, it enables organizations to increase operational efficiency, improve sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting long-term business scalability.

The Challenge

The client was tracking multi-million dollar marble slabs across international warehouses using fragmented spreadsheets. This led to inventory inaccuracies, delayed shipments, and poor visibility for the sales team regarding available stock.

Our Solution

We engineered a robust internal tool using Next.js and Supabase. The system provides real-time database subscriptions, meaning the sales team sees inventory updates instantly as logistics updates the system. We implemented granular role-based access control and automated PDF invoice generation.
