A production-grade mobile e-commerce app built with React Native and Expo SDK 56, bringing the ATELIER luxury streetwear brand to iOS and Android. It ships with 480+ curated products across 20 collections, a 4-step checkout flow, real coupon validation, wishlist and cart persistence, and a full 6-tab admin panel — all running on a single Expo codebase for both platforms.
The client needed a native-feeling shopping app that could be demoed instantly on any device via QR code, without a backend to stand up or maintain. It had to cover the full retail loop — browse, filter, wishlist, checkout, and store administration — while staying fast and stable enough for a live client walkthrough.
We built the app on Expo SDK 56 with React Navigation 7 (bottom tabs + native stacks) and Zustand for cart, wishlist, auth, search, and admin state, persisted via AsyncStorage. Performance work included React.memo on product/cart list items, useMemo for cart totals, React.lazy code-splitting across 19 screens, and an ErrorBoundary for crash isolation. A hidden admin panel (long-press the logo) exposes revenue analytics, order management, and customer data entirely from mock state — no backend required for the demo.
