Hospitals face unique HR challenges, including complex shift rotations, strict credentialing requirements, and data privacy regulations. The client's existing systems were fragmented, causing scheduling conflicts and delaying critical staff communications during emergencies.
Notre solution
We deployed a secure, centralized HRMS using React and Node.js. The system utilizes PostgreSQL for structured data integrity and incorporates robust RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to ensure medical staff only access relevant patient data. Automated scheduling algorithms optimize shift coverage, while real-time notifications keep staff informed.
